Nice photo, but I don't understand why the right part of the face is so blurred and the other not... Did you add the blur effect in photoshop?

Awesome picture. As Keith said, the mood is powerfull.
Diane sums up a cliche, but espescially because of the non-consistent blur, this picture is better than the average.

Really great composition. I love the empty darkness and the contrast. Not so sure about the blur though. Overall it's fantastic - full marks.

Well done Anna. Great mood , clarity and contrast. I might suggest cropping out much of the left side to reduce the amount of black emptiness. This would also remove the blur and it would help the composition in my opinion.
